The Information We Collect
Some of our service features, such as searching and viewing public tutor profiles or searching and viewing questions and video answers in Ask an Expert, do not require you to create an account. If you do not create an account, we do collect information about your browser and device (IP address, browser version, etc.) but we cannot link that information to an identifiable person unless and until you create an account.
To create an account, you must provide us with some personal information so that we can offer the Service. This includes information you give to us, such as:
Registration information when you set up a User account;
Profile information, such as city and state, educational level or background, and tutoring subjects;
Uploaded content (photographs, essays, lessons, etc.);
Lesson recordings (if you have agreed to recording of lessons).
Video answers (if you have agreed to recording a video answer from the “Ask an Expert”, on the Resource page of the Site).
Questions, comments, or other information when you contact us, by phone, email, or via third party social media sites, or participate in interactive features of the Service (including Customer Support messages and online tool chat messages);
